The App is a business management platform that allows store owners to:

AppsLeap provides the technical platform only. Each licensed store owner independently manages and controls the data entered into the App.

AppsLeap does not independently collect customer data beyond what store owners input into the App for operational purposes.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Information processed within the App is used to:

Store owners may send promotional messages to customers only after customer opt-in. Store owners are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining lawful customer consent
  • Managing marketing lists
  • Complying with applicable communication laws

AppsLeap provides only the technical delivery mechanism.

6. Data Ownership and Responsibility

All operational, customer, employee, and sales data entered into the App belongs exclusively to the licensed store owner.

Store owners are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of entered data
  • Lawful collection of customer information
  • Compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • Proper use of marketing communications

AppsLeap does not control how store owners collect or use their data.

7. Data Integrity and Platform Responsibility

AppsLeap is responsible for maintaining:

  • System availability
  • Secure storage infrastructure
  • Protection against unauthorized access
  • Data integrity within the hosted platform

AppsLeap implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect stored data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

However, AppsLeap is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or unlawful data entered by store owners.

8. Data Sharing

AppsLeap does not sell or share business or customer data for advertising or third-party marketing.

Data may be accessed only:

  • By authorized store personnel
  • For technical support and system maintenance
  • When required by law

9. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards including:

Store owners control deletion or retention of their business data.

Store owners are responsible for managing employee access and credentials.

The App may rely on infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, or analytics tools) necessary for operation. These providers process data only to support the App’s functionality.

Customers whose data is stored by a store owner should contact the respective store directly regarding:

  • Corrections
  • Deletion requests
  • Marketing preferences

AppsLeap does not independently control customer records.

14. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended solely for business use and is not designed for children under 13.
